Exactly 6 years ago I was starting my adventure as private veg chef in this never-boring-city.

Since then, I saw many changes during my last visit in 2014.

Anyway, I feel there's still something missing in the shanghainese scene...

Not yet a good pizza at the corner, not a tasty italian street food, and what about a dating-food concept...?

It's considered mystic italian popular food.

I imagine someone supplying these tasty snacks on shanghainese roads, one day.
