Soundinner born in November 2010, from my need to leave the classic cuisine and step into vegetarianism.
During the first period Soundinner is my personal blog where I propose myself as private chef in Shanghai.
When I left Shanghai to move to Yunnan, I kept on to receive requests of service from the big city. So I started to forward veg services in Shanghai and Milan.
At the same time I also did consulting services, from Yangshuo to Shaxi, from Dali to Shanghai again. From Hong Kong to Switzerland.
In February 2013 I open Hungry Buddha but I could work there just 5 months before the things change.
Maybe also for the reason that I can’t work as chef in China since July 2013 for new laws related to the working visa, I focus on develop new projects.
In 2013 start ideas as Food 3.5, Tiramisuper, Tea Sadhu.
I work with my wife Anxin and even if from far, with my friend Giulio.
I’d like to work with a team from one side, I look for investors on other one.
I realize how difficult is to propose visions online having as base a website with a foot in a personal shoe, and other foot in a common project foot.
With MaurinoVeg I’d like to wear only the things I do by myself, with my visions, about where I come from and where I want to go to.
