Raw vegetal waste + sugar + water = magic.
Depending on what you want to do, you can choose to enrich the flavour of this garbage enzyme with lemon and orange skin, and decide to use just fruit, just vegetables, or a mix of them.
You will have a probiotic ingredient for your cooking, a base for dish soap, a base for body soap, a great fertilizer for your soil, a great water cleaner agent.
The magic of garbage, the magic of nature.
Insteresting isn't it?

sundried long beans + 1 week mix grain rejuvelac and cinnamon, sauted with 1 teaspoon of fruit enzyme
4 months seasoned cashew cheese flakes
Garbage enzyme is a well known popular tradition in Malesia, and luckly is spreading now all over the world.
We started to use this techinque in 2014 to get our natural soap to wash dishes, at our Hungry Buddha;
after first results Anxin studied more and more about this topic...
...we're receiving good feedbacks now from China for the first 50 body soaps created with this base.
3 kg of raw vegetal waste + 1 kg of brown sugar + 10 liters of water.
Close well and take care of this fermentation.
After 3 weeks you can use this probiotic ingredient to enrich your cuisine; it's a very healthy and tasty touch.
After 3 months, it's possible to process the fermentation, as soap for dish, lightly addensed with agar agar.
93% guaranteed; we're doing better and better.
We used this based with another % of soap nut, wild growing especially in Cambodia.
On pictures from left to right: the enzyme after 2 months, the dish soap, the body soap matured 2 months (need 1 month more)
Result is great and I can say this as first tester of our experiment, not just because I love my wife Anxin :)
Actually it's possible to process the mold after 9 months and get an high level skin care products, too.
(no, it's not in plan)
You know, as in all fermentations as in life...more time, more flavour.
We tried recently a few drops of a 38 yrs fruit enzyme from some friends....amazing.
(of course you have to be a vegan black belt to bring all dued respect for life you assume)
Let's come to the might most interesting aspects...
..It's a great ferilizer because bring real life to the soil and being liquid can reach deeper levels into soil.
It has been demonstrate that this enzyme dissolves impurities contained in local waters as rivers, lakes, sea, oceans,
once is flush.
It is said that a good chef keep under control the garbage of his/her kitchen.
Why don't start from there?
Let's go to the garbage, to probiotics, to new life,
let's ferment a sustainable World.
Here one of my future meme proposing a business model for sicilian friends where fruit wastes are retuned in probiotic granitas.
We keep on study, research and experiment.
Keep in touch my friends,
Mau + Anxin (real boss of this experiment)
